I agree about trying some critical care, if you haven’t already. Some bunnies like the taste and will eat it off of a spoon or plate.

Have you done any imaging? like x-rays, ultrasound, etc? That would probably be my next move to see if something is going on internally.

I just moved cross country with my four bunnies. It was 6 days of driving, with 8-12 hours of driving each day. Thanks! She is very prone to and has a bad history of stasis episodes, so because of that we cut all greens and fruit from her diet years ago. She’s been eating the timothy hay-based Sherwood Pet Health pellets for years and never had an issue with them. Do these episodes happen a certain number of house after eating?

Some bunnies don’t do well with pellets or certain veggies, so if she is a good hay eater and your vet recommends it, you might try going hay-only for a while and see if that helps.

Bun Jovi has been having slight balance issues too when cleaning his ears with his back foot, but thankfully he usually has Myra to lean up against. I know some people will add some bolsters around for the bun to lean on for extra balance, like either rolled up towels or beds with higher sides.
