For syringe feeding, you can grind up pellets into a powder and mix with water to be about the consistency of pancake batter. There are also recovery foods you can get that are easier to use as they are finely milled and formulated for sick buns.

The most common side effect of Baytril is diminished appetite. It’s still importsnt thst he finishes the course of antibiotics, but you can expect him to show reluctsnce to some types of food.
