You can always search MediRabbit as a reliable place to identify what is OK and not for rabbits. Typically I’ll google Medirabbit and the medication name. From Medirabbit, metronidazole is another antibiotic.

Hopefully you’re all staying cool enough & safe amongst the various crazy weather and heat patterns all over! Luckily it hasn’t been crazy where I am at, just super humid – but that is a usual in the summer months for us.

It’s not uncommon for there to be disproportionate grooming in a bonded pair. I’ve read about (and also currently have) pairs where essentially only one rabbit grooms the other, and that’s how the hierarchy was established.

It isnt stasis since things are moving through. It sounds more like a lingering bout of cecal dysbiosis. You could try probiotics, it wont harm.
