He’s young and this is normal, especially for young bunnies. They are typically eating a richer diet to help them grow. A side effect is excess cecotropes. They simply make more than they can eat. This problem usually resolves itself when they transition to an adult diet. As for the regular poop eating… yeah, that’s normal too.
