Hi Jade, and very welcome to the Binky Bunny forums!
I’m sorry you lost your boy bun Argo He was beautiful.
Mari looks adorable too, her ears remind me of my bridge lionhead mix boy.

I agree the weight loss is concerning. I would try to get him seen. In the meantime, can you offer him some supplemental feeding like critical care or pellet mash? That may help with small poops and his weight loss. Some tummy rubs may also help if he’s having a bit of gut slowing.
I think with poorly buns, especially those that are grieving,…[Read more]

Just a quickish update, my mom and dad brought Blossom’s body to the vet so she could get cremated (my choice to do that) and my mom talked to the vet and she(the vet) said that she is 100% certain that Blossom had cancer and that there was nothing that we could’ve done for her. Thank you all for your kind words, it means a lot to me.

Cool ears is not in itself a sign of illness. To know if he has a low temp you need to take a rectal temp. In a bun that is eating, pooping and acting normal, cool ears can just mean the rabbit hasnt been moving around very much.
Weight loss is more worrisome. It’d be good if you could weigh him in case he keeps loosing – unexplained weight loss…[Read more]

I’m worried about Thumper, when I touched his ears last night they were cold and as soon as I got up today I touched his ears again and they are a bit warmer than last night but still pretty cool. He’s still eating, drinking, using his litterbox (some poops are tiny but most are normal size), exploring and greeting me. He used to let me cuddle him…[Read more]

I’m so sorry JG. What a beautiful boy Tim Tim was! And such a cute baby! And an adorable scruffy grandpa in his golden years <3
What a wonderful life he had with you. It is such a gift to see them in their golden years, but no matter how much we prepare it doesn’t make it easier when they pass.
Binky Free Tim Tim!
