Leo is roughly 4 years a old and weighs about 3.5 lbs. I’ve racked my brain over the years trying to determine his breed. He is not one to jump in your lap and cuddle but he LOVES attention and constant pets. He free roams upstairs and spends most of his time lounging.

Welcome to BB! He looks very much like a general mix to me, but very cute none-the-less. If he’s 4.5yo and only 3.5lb, that is on the smaller end of things, so perhaps some dwarf got in there, but not a full dwarf as they don’t really get above 2.5lb. Very cute bun– hello and welcome Leo!

He’s beautiful! He looks like the tri-color in a tri-colored Rex… but he doesn’t have the Rex fur. I agree he is probably a mix. The Rex fur type is a recessive gene, so it’s possible to have a Rex mix without the Rex fur type.

NOTE: The tri-color pattern looks a bit different on a rabbit with Rex type fur than a rabbit with regular fur. It seems the tri-color pattern have become popular in Holland lops too. Your bunny doesn’t look like he has lop in him though.
