Hello again everyone,

Today after coming home from work I started noticing Jasper shaking his head / ears and not in the way he does when he is playful. I searched a bit the forum for ‘shaking head’ but could not come to a conclusion I tried checking his ears , the skin looks mostly whiteish. I am looking for ear mites(not sure if I have a good ideea about how they should look). Then i tried touching certain areas , mostly towards the exterior of the ear – where there is also a bit of fur and where it seemed to me the color was not white: one ear he accepted but not very gladly the other one when i touched it with my finger after 2-3 seconds he jumped like crazy and ran away to another one of his spots.

I am not sure but I think the shaking is becoming more and more frequent… what could it be? Should i go to the vet clinic for an emergency check? 

EDIT: He just came back to his place and I could check the ear that he previously didn’t allow checking, touching it with my fingers and he had no reaction this time – so probably not pain like i initially thought.
