Hi, I’m from Indonesia. Srry if I makes mistakes with my English.
I brought home two bunnies about a week ago.
A week before that, I bought a bunny for my son and through my mistake and lack of knowledge it died. I’m not sure why, maybe stress, maybe the lack of water, etc. I felt bad and somehow began to read more about bunnies.
Now, I have 2 bunnies live with me for a week now. They seem healthy, one is a bit fat, while the other one is smaller.
So far, I have this routine :
1. Around 5-6 AM, I brought them to my front yard, where they run around and eat grass, etc. While I clean their box and put the hay in their box under the sun.
2. 7AM-6PM, I put them in my back yard. -> me at work.
3. 6PM-9PM, I put them in the box and then put the box in the living room.
4. 9PM-5AM, I brought them to my bed room.
Is that too much moving places for them?
I notice that they don’t go out of their box when they’re in the living room. It only took them a minute or two before they decide to leave their box and have their little adventure when they’re out of the house. Lately they move around when they’re in my bed room although they stay in their box most of the time. They move around a lot when I brought them to my front yard, where I plant many things there. Unfortunately I don’t have fences and sometimes there are many cats pass by, so I only brought the bunnies there when I have the time to watch them.
I also want to ask, if they’re shaking, is it always means that they’re scared of something?
