Hi all. I thought that I had a previous account here but decided to make a new one,

I’m Matt, I’m the proud pet parent of 2 beautiful bunnies. A Polish Rabbit (Rascal) and a BEW mini rex (snowbell). I got into rabbits a little over a year ago when I rescued a baby wild eastern Cottontail named Peter. For a wild animal, we bonded and it got to the point where he would come and beg for food when I came in the room and we had a good relationship.

Unfortunately, Peter died 3 months later to what was later determined to be E. Cuniculi (the sniffles)

This past June was the one year anniversary of his death. It was really hard day for me.

But anyways, back in December I took in my first domestic rabbit Rascal who is a Polish Rabbit. Him and I are close. Sometimes I like to get in the pen with him and he crawls all over me. If he can reach my face he will give me bunny kissies.

Got my 2nd rabbit today Snowbell who is a BEW mini rex rabbit. He’s still trying to get used to my presence and his new home so he’s a bit shy right now. But he did let me snuggle when I first introduced him to the new home.

Going to keep the 2 bunnies seperated for now until they get used to each other.
