Hello there and welcome, he is very cute and well done on catching him and providing a good home for him. I do have to ask though, have you looked at lost and found pages online for your area? Somebody may be missing this little cutie.

Age can be tough to tell sometimes, but if I had to guess I’d say around 4 months old so she’s still got a bit of growing to do.

No problem on looking for an owner. I just had to double check because I would hate for it to me that lost my pet, and not have the person who found it look for an owner.

Thank you everyone! He/she is very sweet (although a bit scared)! I was looking through the bunny info and im wondering if theres any need for any sort of “baths” with bunnies? I know you shouldnt really bathe them in water but I saw things like spray shampoo and bath wipes at the store and was wondering if this is necessary? Or should I just get a brush? Also what type of brush is good?

Welcome, Banana I haven’t needed bath wipes just yet, but you definitely want to brush your rabbit. I use the Hairbuster Comb, and you can buy it in the store here. I tried to view the pic to see your bunny but I couldn’t I also use a sillicone brush from the cat section in the pet store (feels like a rubber massager) because it helps pull the super-fine undercoat-type hair out with little effort. Don’t be surprised if you end up with finger-fulls of rabbit hair, as it’s normal for a bunny when they shed. I brush once a week for normal days, and everyday during their shed.

You normally don’t bathe bunnies. Sometimes you need to give them a butt-bath though. You only have do that if the bunny gets mushy poop that has stuck to his rear.
Brushing is recommended, as L4B says, esp during shedding.

He is indeed a sweetie ! Yes he looks as if he escaped from someone (or abandoned), very much a baby easter pet…. but if no ‘missing’ posters up they probably thought he’d have not made it through one night
I just love anything gingery, red, orange, wet sand colour….. Lucky bun !
