I’d been thinking about getting a bunny for a while now, but hadn’t really made any moves other than doing a bunch of research. Then out of the blue an old friend I haven’t heard from in YEARS messaged me asking if I wanted one of her babies!!! Naturally I said yes.

Meeko and I bonded very quickly. We’ve only been together for a week and a half but she’s already flopping against me and jumping on my lap for head pets. In fact, I made this account to celebrate her first binky!! She was running all over my bed and jumping weirdly so I googled it to make sure she didn’t have any sort of foot problem or something. I’m happy to know it just means she’s just very happy 

She’s only 9 weeks old, and growing very quickly!! She was 580g when I brought her home, now she’s 607g!! She’s getting an unlimited supply of alfalfa hay and Oxbow young rabbit pellets. No treats or fruits until she’s at least 7mo, right?

Anyways I couldn’t be happier with my new baby, and I think she’s pretty darn happy too.

Also if anyone has any tips for grooming a lionhead rabbit, I’d really appreciate it!!!
