Hello fellow bunny nerds

My name is Linn, I’m 23 years old and live in scandinavia. I’ve been a member of this site many years ago, but I doubt anyone remembers me. I have had bunnies all my life, but have been involuntarily bunnyless for the past 4 years. Needless to say, It’s been 4 awful years, and I now finally have a new man in my life

He´s a teddy widder, approximately 3 months old, and so far unnamed. I picked him up wednesday night and I already love him to pieces! He comes from an outside environment so the adjustment of course is huge, but he´s the most relaxed little bun who is CONSTANTLY demanding pets, one of those bunnies who actually likes to be picked up and cuddled and hugged.
As I mentioned before I haven’t picked out a name for him yet and I’d love to get some suggestions! I’ve been thinking about “Manfred”, which I think suits him quite well, but I think that might be hard for him to learn. I’m trying to find a name that will be distinctive for him and make it easier to teach him to come when called

He seems to be in good spirits but is clearly underweight and in immediate need of weight gain.
His fur was quite matted when he got here so I´ve spent quite some time brushing him and cutting of what couldn’t be saved. He´s also got quite runny eyes because he gets fur in them, but I’ve tried trimming the area around his eyes and it seems to be getting better. This is my first teddy widder ever, and if there are any experts on teddy widder care I’d love to get all of your best grooming tips!
I currently keep him in a 150 x 75 cm cage, (5 ft x 2 ft 5 inches) which I’m using during litter training. and while he’s getting used to all the noises from indoor living. It’s going great and I feel he’s ready to start spending short periods of time outside of the cage, but so far he doesn’t seem to understand that he can get out even though the door is open.
Gosh, I have sooo many things I’d love to discuss with you guys and I suspect I’ll be making a hundred different threads the upcoming week or so!
These aren’t the best quality pics, but I just snapped a few to give you guys some sort of idea of what he looks like and how ridiculusly cuddly he is! I tried inserting a few pictures of him on the ground, playing or doing floppies, but it didn’t work. I guess these will do for now, and since I’m totally crazy about photographing my buns you can expect many many more to come!
