Hi!  I am Heather and I am new here. I am a veteran rabbit companion but I am currently on the search for the right bunny for my family.  I  thought I would go ahead and join early. If nothing else I can live bunny vicariously!

  I have had two wonderful rabbit companions who both lived to be 9+ years old and were both Netherland Dwarfs. One male, one female but I didn’t have them  at the same time.   Growing up we had a number of rabbits as well.  I was in the middle of having babies when the second rabbit passed away and I have waited patiently for it to be the right time to add one to the household. 

As excited as I am and as lengthy as the hunt feels, it is giving me a great opportunity to train my kids and (as they call it ) do research with them.  Hopefully I will have bunny news within the next two months….we have all the supplies ready except the food.
