He’s not my Bunny, he’s my ex’s. But it seems I’ve been taking care of him a lot & might be caring for him more often as well. I’m getting him again this weekend.
My ex impulsively decided he wanted his friend’s bunny right after she said she was looking for a home for him since it was her mom caring for him after she went off to college. She rarely got to see him & has recently started developing an allergy to him. But her mom was overfeeding him & he got pretty fat.
So my ex had him, knew he was also going to college, a month after having Bunny, realized he doesn’t have time for him either so he’s looking for a new 3rd home for Bunny
In the meantime, he’s been going on a couple of trips & during those weeks, he gives Bunny to me to care for. He’s leaving again this weekend so I’ll be having him again.I think this is highly unfair to Bunny as he’s being moved from one place to another, I’m sure he’s confused if he even has a real home. Unfortunately, my ex was keeping him & told his friend that if she ever wants him back, to let her know. She’s currently visiting family in China & will be back in January. They are hoping to find him a new home (I guess a foster home??) that is willing to give him back if she wants him back at some point. She has no idea if she ever wants him back or not & I just don’t think that’s fair. I think she needs to figure that out right now before she decides what kind of new home she’s looking for.
Anyway, this is Bunny
I’m not 100% sure of his age, I’ve just been guessing maybe 3-5. I don’t know his breed either. Someone said he looks like a Rex but I don’t see it. He’s incredibly soft though, bigger than Mimzy & his ears are big too lol. I was thinking he looks more like an English Spot?

You’re right… It really isn’t fair to him that he’s been shoved from home to home. Poor Bunny!
It’s also not fair to you that she hasn’t made up her mind as to whether she’s willing to give him up for good. She obviously doesn’t have Bunny’s best interests in mind.Good luck with him. I’m glad he has someone who will take care of him properly and love him.

I really don’t know what’s happening with a home for him
He’s very sweet & laid back though None of the pets I have were really planned exactly lol. It’s kind of like, we find them or someone hands them off to us & then we’re left to stress wondering what to do with it. So it’s usually stress first, then happiness after keeping it lol. So I would *love* to take Mimzy bunny dating sometime, I think that would be fun ^-^
I think there is a tiny chance though, so I won’t say he won’t eventually become Mimzy’s. Since my turtle passed, I might have enough room in my room for a 2nd Bunny. But I know it will be twice as expensive & I am not sure I can afford it right now lol. But maybe!
