I’ve been looking on the site quite a bit and it really helps answer my questions. I figured I should introduce myself!

Hello! I adopted my rabbit Pidwidgeon (Nicknamed Prickles by a boyfriend who just doesn’t get rabbits) in late June of 2012. I didnt really know anything about her past except she was abandoned by a family who couldnt afford her anymore. She’s about nine months old now. She’s been a great addition to our family. a wonderful companion to anyone. I can’t do a picture on my phone but it’s her in my profile picture.

Shes a bit of a diva and doesn’t really like to be close to anyone. Human, bunny, or otherwise!  She has a bit of a trust problem, but we’re starting to bond. 

Id always been a dog person until I got my own flat and just wanted to try something new. Currently she lives in a large cage in my room,  but soon, if and when she gets the hang of potty training, we might decide to let her live cage free! If she can be a candidate for that of course. 

I don’t know her breed so if anyone wants to take a guess you’re welcome to! I’ll try to post a better picture or two later. Pidwidgeon is about 3 pounds since you can’t really see her in the picture. The person and the shelter said she looks like a netherland dwarf but the ars are bigger so maybe a mix…
