Hi everyone! I have been lurking around the website for awhile, and more recently created an account. I figured that now is a good time to introduce myself and my bunny.
I have been a bunny mom for about 4.5 years now. My first bunny, Marbles, was a total sweetheart… when she wanted to be (which was when there was something in it for her). The rest of the time she was off getting into trouble. She meant the world to me and I was utterly devastated when I lost her (four months this day). Brought her in because she wasn’t eating and had been lethargic, and next thing I know I’m staring at an x-ray of her enlarged heart and told she was having organ failure… I’m still not sure what happened. She was only 4 years old. I still miss her terribly and would give anything to have her back. Here’s my girl:
Fast forward a bit and now I have another lil’ girl. Luna is a 7 week old lop x dwarf. She is a sweet, affectionate, and curious. She’s super active, and loves to run around and binky. Her favourite food so far seems to be carrot stems.
Recently, one of her ears dropped. Still waiting on the other one to fall. Though if it doesn’t, she’s still friggin’ adorable.
I am absolutely thrilled to be a bunny mom again. I look forward to getting to know her and watch her grow.
