  Hello everyone!
  
  I’m Courtney and Carmen is my bunny. I think she is a mini rex. She is four months old. I got her about a month ago from a local pet store. Carmen loves to eat and is very nosy. I am new to rabbit ownership so I may make a few rookie mistakes. I am looking forward to meeting everyone and learning more about rabbits. I got Carmen as a small companion and so far she has proven to be so much more. Carmen is currently not spayed.

  This site is a great resource for new bunny parents. Take a look around and feel free to post any questions you have in the appropriate sub-forum.
  
  She’s still a bit young to be spayed. This is done at about 6 months. In the meantime, you can look for an experienced rabbit vet and get her in for a baseline exam if you have not already.

  Beka27 is right, you should definitely start looking for a rabbit savvy vet! Not only for a wellness check, but for when she does get spayed, she will have already met the vet and know at least a little who it is so she isn’t as scared as she would’ve been if she was being handled by a complete stranger
