  Hello everyone,
  
  My girlfriend and I just adopted a beautiful Holland Lop mix named Miss Pickles from a local shelter. We gave her a new name, Penelope to mark the start of a new life, and path from a troubled life. She was previously abandoned by her family and left in a cage out in the Chicago cold. She’s an absolute doll, about 3 years old and is very quiet, fun, and playful. We are incredibly impressed how much she has warmed up to us within the past few days.
  
  We are new to the world of bunnies and are looking forward to learning much about them!
