  Hi everyone,
  
  I found out about this site from a girl that comes on here, her name is laura too. I adopted her flemish giant rabbit Atticus. I also have a grey and white mini rex named Ginju.
  
  I live on a horse farm with my friend. we have 4 horses, 3 are hers and one is mine and i am going to go look at a second horse this weekend, i am very excited.
  
  Atticus and Ginju live in the farm house, they have the entire top floor for them to run and play. they love to be free range. i am just inlove with atticus. he is such a wonderful rabbit and he gets along with Ginju so very well. he protects her and stays with her. she is soo much smaller them him. he is roughly 11 pounds and she is about a pound. they look actually funny together cause there is such a size difference. but they are building quite a bond together.

  Welcome Laura, I just read the post about that.. I’m glad you adopted Atticus. (: It sounds like he has a nice new home with you and Ginju.

  Welcome! I was sorry to hear that your friend couldn’t keep her bunnies, but it sounds like Atticus is very happy now! Please post some pics of him, I’d love to see the difference in size between him and Ginju

  beka, he is amazingly bigger then her! he has to be about 11 pounds right now and ginju is maybe a pound. they get along so well!!!

  That’s amazing! — Atticus had some very bad bonding experiences in his previous home. His former owner had posted that he needed to be put together by the vet three times because of another rabbit. How old is Ginju? Cute name too!

  hi, yes atticus had some bad issues with bonding and she tried everything she could to get him and the other one she had to get along and that was why we did a lot of bunny dates to see if him and ginju would get along. they just hit it off right away but to make sure, we did many buddy dates. i cant remember the exact number but it was becoming a few times a week event! lol Ginju is oddly enough a month younger then atticus!

  the cat is actually my 14 week old kitten and he looooves playing with atticus…sometimes.
  
  i get stuck the last time i weighted ginju…she isnt one for pets and cuddles…she likes to be admired from a distance. atticus is the colplete opposite! he loves to be picked up ( hates being put down) and petted and fussed over. it is too cute!
