I’m new to the forum and to bunnies. I don’t have a rabbit yet, but I’m hoping to get one soon. I’ve been talking to a couple of local rescue groups, and I’m still trying to decide what bunny to get.
I pretty much have everything ready to go for when I pick one. I’ve been doing tons of reading online about how to care for a rabbit. I feel like I have the basics down, but I know I will have questions once I bring him/her home! This seems like a great place to ask questions when they come up.

I’m back
I adopted Gus on Tuesday! He’s a really sweet and adorable dwarf hotot. And by sweet I mean that every night since I’ve had him, he’s sat in my lap for 45 minutes and let me pet him. He’s very cuddly. He’s also very lazy, he would much rather lay in his litter box or eat hay than play with toys or explore. But I think he’s still settling in and getting used to his new house.
