        Hello!

My name is Tiffany and I have 3 amazing rescued rabbits, If anyone can tell me their exact breeds, that would be great. I can guess what mixes they might be but I wanted to know for sure.

My rabbits names are George, Malus and Bunny. They are 2 years old and I’ve had them for about that long… they are all fixed of course. Bunny is female and she’s a sweetheart, I’m pretty sure Malus is her brother, and he’s pretty mischievous, and George can put a smile on anyone’s face

I am 2 years experienced taking care of rabbits and I love it.

I have always loved rabbits, when I was a child, I had rabbit everything! stuffed toys, etc. and now I have real ones!

I also make and sell homemade organic and cruelty-free makeup on Etsy (Lagomorph Mascara)

Here’s photos of all 3 rabbits, Please tell me their exact breeds if you can… thanks! in order is Bunny, Malus then George!

Welcome Tiffany, Bunny, Malus and George!

          They look like 3 sweethearts!

Guessing breeds can sometime be tricky and usually there’s more then one breed in the mix. I always have a go though, for fun.
          Do you know their weights?

If the pics of Bunny and Malus are them as adults, I am suspecting Dutch/Dwarf mix or Mini Rex mix. Malus even has colouring that I *think* is common in the Dutch breed and has some Dutch markings (though that’s not exclusive to the Dutch breed). I’m hoping one of our forum leaders Elrohwen will weigh in on this as she’s pretty savvy on that.

Do you have another pic of George that shows his body more?

All three of your buns are gorgeous!!! I love their coloring. Also I’m a huge sucker for etsy and organic make up, so I’ll definitely be checking that out (I have an etsy shop of my own).

Malus also has part blue and brown eyes, does anyone know what this is? or what causes it? the bottom half are blue, top are brown.

In rabbits, it’s normally from the Vienna gene. This gene is what will give Dutch like markings (which Malus does have) and I it’s the gene that is responsible for Blue Eyed White rabbits (BEW’s).

George has a little Mohawk? Cuteness!! Lionhead is possible. His face shape reminds me of lops.
