Meet Turbo.
My 6 month old (pet store said he's a netherland though he doesn't look like one) dwarf bun.
I had him since he was 3 weeks old ... i've raised him and loved him to DEATHHHHHHH.
I'm Lindsey. The dominate one, though Turbo has his rights, he also is in the process of being clicker trained.
sooo umm ... ... i guess this is it
sorry, kind of getting to know the smilies, you know?
that is all, lindsey. |

Aw, he's a cutie-pie! As for the pet store, every bunny I've seen in a pet store has been labeled a Netherland Dwarf. I highly doubt that they all are. lol. What is Turbo like? And is he your first bun? |

welcom! He does have a similar shaped head to my nethie Monkey, so he may be part Nethie, at the very least. He's all cute tho, thats for sure |

Welcome! He is a very cute bunny! I think it's awful that they are selling bunnies at only 3 weeks old, but at least he is in a good home with a loving owner! |

Sorry, i haven't been on in months! Our lives got quite busy. Turbo is my second rabbit, first house rabbit. He's energetic and crazy. He loves to get into things that he shouldn't be in. He's a very curious fellow. He doesn't like his human dad very much but LOVES his momma. He binky's every time he gets an oxbow papaya fruit tablet and he normally eats hay then slouches around. he loves cold weather compared to hot and he's a big fan of barley biscuits. |

Welcome Turbo!
i know. when i first heard of it i sort of thought to myself "they shouldn't be off mothers milk at 3 weeks..." but i gave him some vitamins and made sure he was eating well. he's happy and healthy now. 10 months and 4 weeks. |

I'm glad you were able to take him in and raise him at only 3 weeks old! That could've been a disaster if someone took him home and threw him outside in a hutch. He's a very cute little guy :-) I love his color! He does look a bit like a nethie to me, but I'll agree that every bun in a pet store seems to be labeled "dwarf" or "nethie". |

yeah, they're all different. when i worked there, i would go sit by the bunny cages and hold the little babies and love them. they're sooooooo little. i think they sell them so young so that they CAN label them as dwarves. |

Shouldn't be too late at 11 months at all, or ever for that matter. Is he neutered? |

did something happen or can I just go back to my hay?" |
