I’m having vegetarians over for dinner and made a veggie lasagna.

I have some left over veggies that I’m not sure that Sucre can have. Does anyone know if zucchini, eggplant or red bell peppers are bad for him?

Yum, veggie lasagna! Can you share your recipe?? I’ve given my bun red bell peppers but in small amounts as I find them sweet – he loved that. I offered the skin of a zucchini once but he didn’t touch that at all. And I’ve never cooked eggplant myself. I eat it occasionally but only if someone else cooks it!

I would say zucchini and red bell pepper fine but eggplant is not.
