Chewie’s grandpa built him a ridiculously and unnecessarily large fort comprised of two connecting tunnels and two boxes. Chewie loves running up and down the wood tunnel (all untreated birch and poplar) but pretty much ignores the boxes. But he used to run just the same in the space where the tunnel now is, so… meh.
He also got a carboard box to replace his old one. He enjoys it, thank goodness, since it’s what I aways use to abduct him for harnessing or visits to other parts of the house (easy to just pick him up in a cardboard box).
His new treat ball is iffy and requires too much work so he makes me shake the treats out for him.
His carrot patch toss-a-carrot treat game he ignores because he figured out how to get the treats without bothering to remove the little wood carrots.
His stacking cups are apparently invisible.
The jury’s still out on the hay manger. I’m working on changing his litterbox setup this week, and the manger will be a part of it, so we’ll see.
Don’t know why I bother. His beachball, petting hands, and food is all he really wants.
