Just a quick note to ask for your assistance.  If you have read a post where someones image is not showing up, you can prompt them to send an alert, or just send one yourself. Just add a little note for the reason.  Some members already do this for things like double posts and it’s a great help to the team. 

Alerts can be sent for various reasons, not just for trolls, spam, bullying etc. The alert symbol basically means “attention!”

**An added note on images showing up as code. Some of you may have experienced this. It mainly happens when one is using a mobile device like phone or tablet.  All seems well, you add an attachment  to your post, submit the post, then the image doesn’t show up. 

You can actually correct this yourself if you have access to a computer. All you have to do is go in to edit the post. You should immediately see the image in editor. Then it is simple a matter of re-submitting the post. If you don’t have access to a computer to do that, this is where the alert feature on posts comes in handy. The alert will bring it to the attention of a Forum Leader who can correct it for you.

I just want to add that if you want us leaders to know who sent the alert, sign it with your username. Otherwise only Admin (BB) can see it. But if you don’t want to sign your alerts, that’s fine too
