Between my girlfriend coming out for the weekend and having an inspection on Friday, I had to really clean up my apartment over the last two days and last night was the bunny’s condo. Needless to say that they’re not happy with me when I do it but I always give them a treat afterwards to try and appease them. At least I almost always do…
You see, last night it was late and I had no rabbit treats to give. So at the end of the cleanup session, I am confronted by the queen herself:
Now I try explaining to her that we’re out of raisins, so I give her some fresh hay and some more pellets, hoping to appease her. I come back in abou 5-10 minutes and this is what I see:

Now the fact that she pooped ad threw some pellets around isn’t the issue here. The issue is that she PUSHED them all outside of her enclosure. She didn’t ‘accidentially’ kick them or just flick them out as they were all lined up right outside of the bars. She had to have pushed them out deliberately, and with some difficulty as there clearance of the food trough is so low.
I KNOW that I cleaned up under there too before this so all I can think of is that she is much more than meets the eye.
