While Timothy was sleeping on my lap, I realized that his nose was a little yellowish. Did some research and I’m worried if it might be pasteurella infection, or if it’s just staining from his food.

His nose has not been runny or wet, but when he sleeps, I do hear some small whistle sounds. I thought it was just him snoring, unless he does have an infection and it’s one of the symptoms? I haven’t heard any sneezing either, and I usually spend most of the day in his room.

I read I should check his paws, but it’s hard for me because his are kinda stained with urine from his old home (but he’s doing a good job of cleaning them) and he steps in his water bowl often so sometimes they’re just wet with water.

Attached a pic as well. Should I take him to the vet?

It looks more like hay dust staining. If there is an increase in nasal discharge or sneezing, I would be more concerned, but this looks within normal limits to me!

I agree. From the photo, it looks like hay dust stains. Bunnies naturally have condensation around their noses, especially as it gets cooler out (even though we heat our houses).
