I have 24 babies (bunnies that is). All males r neutered. I have separate cages all r happy. My ??? Is about Pretty Boy Pete. He is a B U T FULL flemish baby. I have had him 5months now. I new the bitting in the beginning was cause he was becoming a teen. Feelin his oats. However, ummm, he is still nipping. I hold them all equally. Each set of 6 gets let out. No fights after neutering and seeing who can live w/who. Pettie & Prince r in separate cages ea, but their cages r side by side a group of 5. So they won’t feel like they r in a cage by themselves. They r also let out individually, ea by themselves, cause I feel they r TOO BIG 2play w/the others who r ALL DWARFS/LIONHEAD mixes. Hence the fear they r 2big. Y oh Y is my Pretty Boy still bitting? Is it that flemish rabbits don’t like2be held? By the way, all of my babies r spoiled. Do I just need2give him more time?

        Thnx4listening.

Most rabbits don’t like to be held and biting can be a way of communicating that they want to be put down. How old is he? Giant breed rabbits mature slower than smaller breed rabbits, so it’s possible that he is still going through that stage when the others have come out of it.
