        tonite was nail trim time.  Cotton must have missed me today all he wanted was pets. He was real nice. Awe

        I did his front feet while he sat then turned him over for his hind feet.  I would cut he would jump and then I would jump. After the 2nd toe I realized I better stop jumping too.  After it quit startling me he calmed right down.  Then on his next foot he kept turning over. Then get petted for a while. He fell asleep.  Then when he woke up and jumped up I turned him over agian and we got done. He got treats too.

        It was so nice Cotton sat in my lap for his pets tonite. He never does that. Awe.  I saw him chase Ruby a little bit no hair pulling tho.  It stopped on its own.

        Ruby did good too once I got her to stay on her back.  HB is next.  Tomorrow is his turn.

        Am listening to the pres debate. Fibs  exagerations and what not hehee. If I get bored I will go watch House. Which is real soon on the getting bored part.  zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz   snort snort zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

          OH gosh how could I have forgotten this part….

          For the first time ever  Cotton groomed my shoulder. Not my shirt not the couch but ME.

          After I trimmed his front feet with him sitting down instead of on his back he jumped on me I petted and held him and he groomed me not once but 3x.  Wow I can’t believe it.  He still loves me.

            I envy you! ^_^ Not only for the cooperative bunnies, but for the good night’s sleep you must’ve gotten from the debate…lolz…

            I noticed last night, Poor Fiver is already having trouble with his nails getting long. My eyesight is so bad that I am not sure I can get them down right. Plus he hates me holding him and any attempt to get him into a burrito is suicide. >.< He's getting sore hock on his back heels and I have to do something about it soon! ;_;

            Amazing how quick they grow. Pip & Mim are two months between clipping easy…Fiver has been more than a month since his. *sigh* This is going to get expensive unless I can get it sussed out. Because if I can get it done within the week, he needs to see the doc again.

              IT may help to put a towel over his eyes too.  Some buns get very cooperative with that.  To turn them over I put my hand under the front legs and the other on their back. Then flip.  If bun struggles I talk to bun and once over on it’s back I rub it’s face to calm it.  In some cases tho bun has gotten the towel over the face routine.

              Hey you could try the towel over the face while you do his front nails while he sits for you. Might help.

              My neighbor needs help cutting her cats nails I could do it but she says no Dona did it once and the cat just meowed so angrily they gave up. She takes her to the vet for that instead.

              I put bun by 1 leg and a towel or pillow on his other side to help keep him there.   I was sittin on the couch under the lamp. There have been things I just have had to learn to do by myself.

              I have also prepared pillows on the bed to put bun down on once I had him flipped. I tried using a flash light on HB’s nails.   His nails are dark. I still couldn’t see the quick.  Hubby was holding him. Well gona try it tonite by myself.  HE is real big to me I am used to little 3 lb buns. So I had help the first time.

              Guess I should have been a vet.  Too scared of needles tho. pass out time. Can you imagine me the young vet ( when I was in my teens I wanted to be a vet)  giving a shot to the pet then passing out. ahaha  Hey what happened to the vet.  The pet was supposed to be knocked out by the shot not the vet.
