My sister was cleaning her buns box today and found worms, mostly down in the urine (the really wetbpart). They were clearish white in color. I’m thinking it make me maggots/fly leave, but I’m concerned it may be intestinal worms. Should she worry? Should we take him to the vet? He is eating and drinking just fine.

I would actually be more concerned with fly strike, which is often deadly if not caught right away: http://www.medirabbit.com/EN/Skin_diseases/Parasitic/Myiasis/Miyasis_fly.htm

You should check the bunny thoroughly for maggots to make sure this isn’t the case.

          What the box especially dirty??

Rabbits can get different worms, you would see them in fresh poop.
