Hey we’re back! It was a 45 min. car ride to New Castle and he didn’t care for that and was shedding everywhere! We arrived and saw Gracie, she was really big! I thought they would be the same size, but she was so cute and cuddly! Jen, the woman that takes care of the rabbits, said that Archie looks like a purebreed Holland Lop because they are usually smaller than Mini’s. Jen took Gracie out and let me hold her, she says she’ll even let you hold her like a baby on her back! Maybe Archie will take some notes and let me hold him after we get Gracie haha!
We let Archie out of his cage, still a little in shock from the car ride but he hopped around the room and immidiately hopped over to Gracie and touched heads and hopped off. There was no fighting at all. She kept lowering her head for him to groom her but he wasn’t sure what to make of her. They looked so cute together!
Jen is bringing her on Monday at noon! YAY We cannot wait! She said that Gracie is as healthy as can be and was at the vet for a full check up when she was spayed. She told us that the previous owners were trying to breed her with an angora rabbit but it turned out that she was female too so that was good. She also said she’s still getting used to some greens since she has the soft poo sometimes.
Def. post pictures once we get her on Monday
