Hello everyone, this is my first post. I know that bunnies grind their teeth when they’re happy, so I wanted to know that if I grinded my teeth, would my bunny understand that I’m also happy? I was snuggling with my bunny and decided to try it out, he seemed surprised but I think he liked it since he nudged into me more. Would my bunny understand that my teeth grinding is a sign of happiness/affection? I know this is a silly question but I’m genuinely curious lol

I think they do!!! I’ve always done this with my buns during snuggle time. For the most part, when I gently grind my teeth, they did it in return. My current, bun, Elara does this too. It’s nice to be able to talk to them in their own language.
