I got my Bun 4 months ago. I don’t remember when she started dragging her hind legs and not hopping as much when she walks. There hasn’t been any chance for her legs to get injured.. Could anyone help me understand?

This sounds like you need to go to the vet to get her checked, noone here is qualified to diagnose something that sounds like it could have a lot of reasons for developing

As DFace says, she needs to be seen by a vet. It sounds like she could’ve injured her lower spine, or possibly be affected by a microscopic parasite that can cause hind leg weakness/paralysis (e cuniculi). How is her toiletting habits? How is her appetite?

Agreed. Vet. Now please. Whether physical injury or E.Cuniculi, limb paralysis should be considered an emergency. (((((((((bun bun)))))))))
