My bunny was sick and not eating well so i take her to the vet and he did a”x-ray” to her and found out that her stomach is full of gas and hair ball and it is start of A “GI stasis”

so he give a medicine for the gas, and to force feed her and a hairball remedy  for rabbit

the hairball remedy I couldn’t find it in my country so i order it online , so till now my rabbit didn’t take it..

but after 5 days of gas medicine?

i noticed a white like mucus in her poop.

        a white cover the poop..

I thought it was normal at the beginning, but after that she keep having this white discharge a lot ..

some time It will be only white discharge without poop..

and the poop becomes so smelly..

i put a pic of the white discharge alone with out a poop, but usually it will cover the poop..

-i am sorry for the picture-

but is it normal? I still have two day for the medicine and two days till i am going to take her back to the vet to continue her treatment..

but if her case is an emergency i will take her today..

I hope some one would help me

This isn’t normal. What are the medications?

Ive seen similar mucus in my bun’s poop. He was prescribed 5 days of metronidazole (an antibiotic) and it went away with that.

Mucus in poop may just mean the intestinal lining is irritated.
