I came accross these amazing looking houses, has anybody seen them before or know where I could order them? Thanks ![]()

There are many houses pictured on your link. Do you mean the row of wooden ones?
She states in the line above those that they are from unknown sources, but can be copied by making them out of wood yourself. The first one is said to be from a website in the UK. so you could search bunny wood houses UK to try to find one like it.
The Cottontail Cottages and the Leith Petworks cages can be found using those names in a Google search, too.
There are links posted in the article…not sure either which one you are referring to.
Sarita, I tried those links. Either they redirect to another site where it isn’t clearly selling those houses, or the links as you mouse over the photos just enlarge the pix. She wrote that some used to be sold on sites in the UK, which implies they no longer are in business. Too bad, because they are really nice looking.
Yes, sorry those are the ones I’m talking about. They don’t have to look exactly like that I was just wondering if anybody had seen anything that looks like those.
I’ve seen the rabbit houses or similar ones at zooplus.co.uk Unfortunately they don’t ship to the USA so you would have to ask someone in the UK to handle the purchase for you and ship them to you. They sure are neat.
here is a link to a site with wooden houses like that.
http://www.rabbithouses.net/
Here is the link to the ones on zooplu.co.uk with customer photos of their rabbits. I would go for the larger size house. They have two sizes.

That zooplus home looks nice but no shipping to states
Could you ask someone in the UK (a BB member who lives there?) to handle the purchase for you, Paypal them the money, then they ship it to you?
We have the two-story condo from Leith Petwerks, and we love it! More importantly, our bunny loves it
It is BIG–takes up quite a bit of our living room real estate, but it’s easy to clean, and very sturdy. They sell lots of accessories as well.
ETA: Oh sorry, I missed the comment about you specifically looking for the cute wooden houses… Those look so fun!
i just dropped 5 Cs on the triple-level bunny condo from leithpetwerks. it looks great, i hope banjo likes it. was it easy to put together missflip?

Sorry, highway, I didn’t see your question to me until just now. I think it was pretty easy to put together…. it was 6 years ago now (we got it for our first bunny), so I don’t really recall… I think my husband put it together, but I don’t remember it being a huge project or anything. It’s held up really well over the years too.
Hi, I noticed there’s an assortment of rabbit houses similar to the ones in the earlier website, at this UK site and they ship worldwide.
well, it arrived yesterday, in two big boxes. i’m gonna be off work tomorrow and right now banjo is at the vet recovering from her spay
so i’m gonna try and put it together tomorrow so it’ll be ready for her when she gets back home.
Aww banjo is so lucky!!! & Thankyou lashkay!!
luckier than me, i’m putting it together right now. :p it’s not that hard, but it sure don’t take no fifteen minutes. it look fifteen minutes just putting the wheels on it.
Aww, Banjo is such a lucky bun! Best wishes for her spay recovery too ![]()
i got it together. it was pretty easy but still took an hour, hour and a half. it’s totally rockin’, it’s enormous and it looks good. the only things are i wish they’d put eyehole hooks on the bottoms of the floors i had a place to hang her hay ball and her other hanging toys. it’s also SO BIG it’s kinda hard to reach into the back of it. doors on both sides would help with that but would probably add to the cost.
anyway, the design is very simple and clever. so far i’m happy with it. but banjo hasn’t had a chance to kick it around yet. ![]()
I love my Leith cage – I have my Dutch pair in it and it is a cool design and well worth the money. They are on the small/medium side and it’s good for them. My big buns wouldn’t be happy in this but it suits my little ones well. I like that you can move it because it’s on casters and it’s easy to clean and attractive.
Did you guys get the 48inch or the 36inch condos?
Mine is a 48 inch – the 36 inch is too small in my opinion.
yeah, i got the 48 inch as well. it’s mammoth.
here’s a burn… i bent over backward to get it together and all laid out with banjo’s favorite toys before she got back from the vet, and then the vet told me she had to stay in her old, little cage! because she’s recovering from her spay, she shouldn’t be jumping or climbing or going up ramps. at least a week, maybe three, before she can even use it.
what a letdown.
Do any of you bunnies know what kind of wood is used in the production of these cute houses???
Highway; That sucks!! Is there no way to block off the ramp and just keep her on a main floor?
OhBellaBunBun; I’m sure you could use lots of things, there have been many topics on here about which woods are safe and which aren’t. I know plywood is okay, that’s what I built my condo out of.
I’m never sure in hardware stores what to get. I’ve gone before and walked around for a long time thinking… thinking… thinking… but then I never get anything b/c I’m unsure! lol
I’ve been wanting to redo bun’s house for a while now. I had leftover pegboard from a craft project I did a while back, so I used that when I made the levels in her cage before. I just covered the pegboard with soft fabric (double layered) so it would be nice for her. I sewed the edges, but left one side open so it can come off for washing. She likes to dig up there, but she hasn’t made her way through the layers yet.
Can take to do the best reference site for housing
