i have two rabbits and they were seperated about 7 weeks ago. they got neutered 6 weeks ago. when they were neutered for 3 weeks i tried a bonding session and fur was pulled and i knew it wasnt gonna work out. i accidentally put a carrier with one of their scents in it so that was my mistake. when should i start bonding again? its been 3 weeks since me failed bonding attempt. that attempt was in the bathtub if that matters

You said they were neutered six weeks ago? I’m not very familiar with the process (I really should be, I’m studying veterinary medicine lol) but I’m pretty sure that’s long enough for hormones to die down and everything. Thoughts, everyone?
Fur pulling is not as big a deal as it seems. You can start bonding again as soon as you like. Try to avoid chasing and all that, you can also use stress bonding. Like, putting them both in the seat of a car, putting them in the living room and using the vacuum. They’ll rely on each other for comfort and will forget their aggression (supposedly.) But yeah, i think you could start bonding again right now if you wanted. Also switching things between their cages like blankets, litter boxes, even water bottles is GOOD because they get used to each others scents.
          Hope this helped!
