What rabbit breed is right for me?

I do know that it depends on the rabbit but what breed would be best for me? I do know I can’t get a big breed since they will be free roamed in my room (they will be let out not just in my room) I would also want more of a cuddly breed though it does depend on their personality but just the majority? Those are just my circumstances and yes. Thanks in any advance <33

There are generally no breed-specific personality differences that are consistent enough to give you an answer, in my opinion. All breeds have their share of a wide range of personalities.

In terms of size, I think outside of a Flemish Giant, dwarves to normal size rabbits all require the same amount of “as much as you can” size. The difference between a dwarf and a normal rabbit is significant in one way, but at the end of the day, I don’t think you should invest in an enclosure/space if it’s not big enough for a “normal sized” rabbit — dwarves need just as much room, even if they’re smaller in size, Flemish Giants, due to their size, do need some special considerations for space and how big your rabbit-related furnishings are.

Netherland dwarfs are small and adorable. Some are high strung others cuddly. A tendency to malloclusion issues. Their checks are so fat. Cute. Their jaws are shortened to get that cute baby bunny look. Not all nethies have malloclusion issues tho. Angoras are usually calm and cuddly. Require lots of grooming. Can get biggish. Hotots are on the smallish side

I would go to a rescue centre and try to find the best fit for you regardless breed or colour. Also, mix breeds usually have healthier lives than pure breeds.

Being prey animals, rabbits naturally don’t like being held and cuddled. There are exceptions, and big rabbits like Flemish Giants are usually more chill than small ones. But if you want a pet to cuddle with, I would strongly advise against a rabbit.
