There are generally no breed-specific personality differences that are consistent enough to give you an answer, in my opinion. All breeds have their share of a wide range of personalities.
In terms of size, I think outside of a Flemish Giant, dwarves to normal size rabbits all require the same amount of “as much as you can” size. The difference between a dwarf and a normal rabbit is significant in one way, but at the end of the day, I don’t think you should invest in an enclosure/space if it’s not big enough for a “normal sized” rabbit — dwarves need just as much room, even if they’re smaller in size, Flemish Giants, due to their size, do need some special considerations for space and how big your rabbit-related furnishings are.
