Apollo had a wood parrot toy that he’d mess about with from time to time. He had that since he was like…3 months old. Then about a month ago, he peed on it and I had to throw it out. I bought another and he point blank refused to go near it, let alone chew on it! I’ve tried other, small pet chew toys and he’ll shove them in a corner and then refuse to touch them. Coming to think about it, he’s not a big chewer. He’s had cardboard boxes and all sorts put out for him to play with, and he just enjoys lying in them. He gets my homemade, brown paper bag treat bags, which he’ll happily destroy, but that’s it! He has other toys. But not chewy ones. I check his teeth near daily though, and they look perfect, and he gets plenty of hay to file them down!
To answer your question though, plenty of hay, brown paper bag treat bags, the inner tube of toilet stuffed with hay then the ends closing up, willow toys, apple wood chews, grass mats, the homemade toys you can buy with like wood, grass mat, toilet tube rings threaded on some bun-safe string. (can’t recall the name, sorry!). I bet there’s more I can’t think of…
