How temporary is temporary?  For the night, for a day or two…or like until they’re spayed?

Overnight I’d say put her in a bathroom maybe or try to block off an area with something.

Do you have a baby play pen? I had to use one when I was pet sitting a rabbit who’s owner forgot his cage.

I would also recommend the bathroom – but make sure there is nothing on the floor. How did you get these two rabbits? If you got them separately then tried putting them together, that is why they would start fighting. Rabbits need to go through a “bonding” process in order to get along. We have bonding information on this website as well as a “bonding” forum. If the two rabbits are not bonded, the bunny will probably need to stay in another cage for longer term.

How badly hurt is the other rabbit? If she is badly hurt you will need to get her to the vet and also give her time to recover before you try putting the two together again.
