            Hi!!!
Iceburg lettuce is not OK to give to rabbits!! Other lettuce like red/green romaine are OK for them.

Here is a list of what is good for rabbits

            http://www.rabbit.org/care/fruits.html

And here is a list of toxic plants (Always consult this list before feeding anything to your bunny!) It doesn’t include EVERYTHING but most things that are toxic are on here…

            http://www.adoptarabbit.com/articles/toxic.html

I’m actually not sure how to dry fruits/veggies…Maybe someone on here does?

I received a wonderful list current list directly from the Health Coordinator at the House Rabbit Society just a little over a month ago.  They were kind enough to share it so I could post it.

                Here it is –Veggie/Fruit List

I didn’t know that you can give bell peppers to rabbits. I would think that the seeds are not good for them. Am I right?

I”m not sure…usually the seeds are not OK (ie. peach pitts, apple seeds) because they contain arsenic from woody plants (trees)…I’ve read no where that you can’t give them the seeds….I usually just pick the seeds out to be careful but I don’t know?

I give red peppers to my bunnies occasionally.  Only DJ seems to like them.  I give him a few small pieces as a treat, no seeds.
