Think HE has some dipstick and hapless chromosomes! What is he selling these for?????????????? I was thinking rather than inviting him here, give us his email ! Thing is, if he’s selling them as food, I don’t think it’s illegal anyway
ETA: Sorry ’bout that ^^….maybe I need some more background on this. Sonn, is the picture you posted above one he sent you? Or is it similar to the rabbits you’ve seen this guy has? Maybe there’s a misunderstanding happening somewhere. What other explanation can there be?……seems odd!
Oh, and silly me when I said hare-like – Jackrabbits are hares! Doh! So there’s a major difference to point out to him, they’re different species, hence K&K mentioning the chromosomes.

I hate hearing about peaple selling rabbits for food, here in the north the locals hunt them
When I brought Bella home i had one of them ask if i was bringing home dinner……Its depresing how bunnys are used as food. -
Lol I don’t have his email. He is on my city’s message board. Yeah I thought of the “doesn’t know what a jackrabbit really is” since back here where I live most people just generalize things like all turtles are terrapins or snapping turtles lol. So I asked my mom and older people I know and of course they all thought it was a ‘jackrabbit’ was as well. But the difference with them is they actually listened instead of freaking out on me when showed them an actual jackrabbit.
I directed him to this site but all he said was “I dunt need no fancy city peple tellin me somethin I F****** ALREDY no!!!”

LOL I swear people like this guy is why I get questions like “Do you wear shoes?” “Are your floors made of dirt?” and the best one yet I was in a pet store in Oklahoma and a woman came up and asked me what I was looking for so I told her dog food and she asked where I was from I told her Hazard, Ky and she right in front of me like I was a display in a museum turns to what looked to be a 6 year old boy and said “See honey this is a ‘hillbilly’ they are different from us they don’t understand our ‘ways'” I was in shock but started laughing at the ignorance. -
Someone with such a poor command of the English language is someone who needs to stop swimming in the shallow end of the gene pool. >.< And has NO right to be advertising OR breeding animals of any kind.
I dread what is happening to these rabbits…jack or no jack.
THIS is a jack rabbit. (And I’m glad I looked because now I am finding all sorts of lovely wallpapers! ^_^ ) And he sure is a ‘purty’ one!

or the more frustrated he will become. he may stop talking to people for a while to avoid talking to one of us and in doing that he wont be able to sell (if he does at all) which could lead to him harming more buns then he would have before to “get rid of the excess” rabbits building up in his cages.

Yea i get those Kentucky questions too. When you tell someone where you are from on vacation sometimes. They havent been that blunt with me before though lol. Most just have surprised reactions and start stammering or something lol. But ive taken to just telling people i live in Cincinnati instead, im close enough to there anyway.
