        Hello!

I’ve had my bunny since she was only a little baby and she is turning 6 years old this September. I really don’t know what her breed is and I’m wondering if anybody would be able to take an educated guess on what she might be. I don’t remember what her parents are and I don’t know what they look like either. I know that she has some brothers and they were all either all grey or all brown in fur colour.

        Some things about her:

        • Size: Dwarf or at least dwarf mix
        • Weight: 3-4 lbs
        • Fur type: When I stroke her fur from tail to head, the fur above her lower back goes back down almost immediately but the fur near her upper back / shoulder area stays up. The fur overall is soft and doesn’t feel as light and airy as a lionhead’s fur, but it’s not really dense either
        • Fur pattern: She is white with brown ears, brown spots over her eyes and one spot on her nose. She also has one spot on her lower back

And of course, I have some pictures here. Thanks in advance!

I definitely see some sprinkles of Netherland Dwarf in there. The eye shape/size and nose flatness are very Netherland Dwarf-like.

Hmmm I was thinking that she must be part Netherland Dwarf too, but I wasn’t too sure! Thank you for your response 🙂

Definitally a mix breed, my girlies are all mixes too. Hmmm, agree with Wick, my guess would be half Netherland Dwarf, and a half… maybe half Rhinelander? She’s got the spots of a Rhinelander. She’s very adorable I must say. 😉

Broken pattern has been introduced into a lot of breeds, so I wouldn’t go off of pattern. I’d say she’s likely a Nethie mix. Perhaps she’s mixed with a smaller fur breed like Havana?

Ooh, maybe she has a Rhinelander or part-Rhinelander relative! I’m thinking her parents might have been mixes as well so I don’t think she’s half of one breed and half another. Thank you for your input and for the compliment! She is very cute. I just wanna hold her all day (but she hates being held lol). Your buns are adorable too!

edit: This was supposed to be in response to @HipHopBunny ‘s response. I don’t know why this just got posted as a response to the original post lol sorry I’m new to this!

I do not know a lot of rabbit breeds, but am a huge fan of the Rhinelander and the Netherland dwarfs. 😉 She definitely looks like a mix of those two, a very pretty rabbit! 🙂 I hear you, they are just begging us to pet them with those fluffy little cheeks, and that adorable twitching nose – they were asking for it! 😆 Give her a pet for me!
