i recently changed Nibbles water bowl to a metal one because she kept tipping it and throwing it for fun. But today I noticed that it looked like her nose was runny (which I know can be an indicator for a sinus issue). After watching her for a bit I saw that I think it is just getting wet from her drinking. Could that be a problem/concern?

Is the fur caked/stuck together? That would be an indication that a bunny has an actual runny nose. If the fur around the nose and mouth are just wet, it could be from the water bowl.
