Well in an effort to get Daisy to  use her box, we took the vet’s advice to make their space super small.  I’m sort of digging their new small space.  They seem to like it too.  They both flopped and they seem to have enough room to lounge and hop around.  It helps that they are always laying on top of each other.  So far so good though.  Daisy is using her box.  I’m currently using a newspaper litter that isn’t pellets, it’s soft and she seems to use it.

Good! Let’s hope this will retrain her to the box and then you can slowly expand their space from there…

I guess the vet had the right idea :~)

            I guess they like cozy.

It’s working. The first night I woke up to a poo heaven, but now, they both use the box. And since I’ve been using carefresh, Daisy has been so good, always uses the box. It was totally the litter. I think I’m going to keep them in the dog crate for a while longer just to totally establish the box. They actually seem to be fine with it. All they do in their cage is chill out anyhow, they have enough room to move around and stretch out. But they will get their big cage again one of these days. I’m just so relieved that Daisy is acting normal, and not being such a PITA.
