Hey guys, so first off my rabbit seems to shed non-stop. He’s a mini Rex. I know they’re supposed to kind of go through cycles but he definitely just sheds all the time so I try to pull out/lint roll/brush what I can. Sometimes he has these weird clumps come out. It’s like they’re all attached together at the bottom? Has anyone else experienced this? Does it mean anything? It wouldn’t let me attach a photo so here’s a link to the photo elsewhere: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WIFzJOiEguWIwLwyRjMwDOwJjl8pxJMw/view?usp=drivesdk

Some buns do shed all the time. It’s not known why, it’s not linked to any health issue if everything else seems fine. It’s more common in warm climates.

The clumps of fur stuck together in one end is common on bun’s faces. The “sticking agent” is shed skin or sebum. Some buns display more of these “paintbrush” hairtufts than others, but it’s all normal.
