Weird Noise?

I was lying on the floor when hopscotch jumped onto my back, as he does u know lol, and he did a binky on my back believe it or not.. anyway when he landed he was having a good old sniff around, daxter got up too he had a sniff then got down, then hopscotch started making this really odd sound, sort of the noise a blue bottlle or a large fly, almost a faint buzzing, it wasnt like a teeth grinding noise it was very strange, i turned my music off and yes it was definately him, he wasnt in any pain he was just sitting there and has been eating, drinking and pooping normally he is now playing with Daxter so i dont think it was a warning sign, i think it was more of a contentment noise but i have never heard it from him before? any ideas what it means?

Also daxter does alot of those ^^^ (right at the end he does this big jump thing) its kinda a binky but not quite.. any ideas?

I haven’t heard that noise from Mimzy since he first got here, the board members here call it ‘honking’ and it usually means a happy, or sometimes possessive, bunny. (Coupled with the binky, and the ‘backrub’, Hopscotch may be saying, “Dis MAH hoomin!”)
Once Mim got neutered, he hasn’t done it since. But I occasionally get a grunt or a growl from him whilst cleaning his cage.
I have never heard Pip do it. And you are the only other member I know who designates it as a ‘buzzing.’ For me, it sounded like a dragonfly gently humming in my ear.

yeah mimzmum to be honest ive n ever seen a dragonfly in real life let alone heard one lol, the closest thing i could attribute it to was the same noise as a blue bottle makes just not as harsh sounding, more soft than a blue bottle but the same thing, also the jumping daxter is doing is weird.. i have some weird buns lol

Daxter is the white/black one, right? (He’s precious, btw!) I loved the video! If that’s him, he’s doing some serious chinning…is he neutered yet?
And boy is he full of beans! xD I winced at that audible ‘thump’ when he hit the bottom of that cabinet. But he doesn’t even notice, just zooms off again and yes that was an adorable binky he did at the end. He sure is a frisky one!
I think you should rename him “Sonic”. ^_^ He’s got some serious speed!

no mimzmum he isnt neutered yet because he isnt old enough and hopscotch is going to be done in the may week holiday so i can give him myt full attention when he gets done. Daxter is very lively hopscotch cant keep up with him! I think he showed hopscotch how to binky as hopscotch had never done it until Daxter got here, either that or he is very happy to have some bunny company now, i like to think the later. I have loads of videos of him doing binkies and running round its so tempting to just post them all haha
