Can rabbits have watermelon? I read somewhere today that they LOVE watermelon, but thought I would check on here first

Well it has 10 grams of sugar which seems high to me. I imagine without the seeds and in small amounts it might be okay. It certainly would hydrate them.

I offered my buns watermelon over the summer. Just a very tiny piece. Olivia loved it. Bindi wouldn’t touch it. Stormy liked it but his tummy got upset a couple of hours later, I gave him some simethicone for gas and then we was okay.I assume it was from the watermelon. So, I would advise caution with watermelon just on my personal experience: give very small amounts.
