was totally litter trained but not now?

I posted before that Tonks was starting to not use the litter boxes when she was out and about in the house. Well now over the last day she is pooping everywhere. Even in her bedroom. She is spayed and nothing has changed. She has had maybe 2 pee accidents but the poop is everywhere and she used to ONLY poop in her litter boxes. They are spottless  and the litter is the same. She has all the sudden wanted to start humping a litte bit. Even though she is spayed can she be going in heat? I just don’t understand what happened to my good little litter trained bunny.  The only thing that has changed was the I started letting her out of her bedroom to run aroudn the house about 2-3 weeks ago. But I think I gave her too much freedom cause the last few days she started all this. I cam just going to keep her in her bedroom (then I lock her up at night) But anyone have this problem? Will I be able to get her litter trained again? She was already trained when I got her so i’m not sure how her previous owners did it. (I have had her for 3 months. She is about 11 months old)

how many litterboxes do you have total? some buns need them everywhere. if you’re expanding her area quickly she might be marking. that’s what it sounds like. there aren’t any new animals in the house?

Well I added a litter box tonite in her bedroom.  She had 3 total when she was out and about in the house.  I just locked her up in her area for the night and checked up on her a min ago and there was poop everywhere again. Like I said before she never used to do this. Here is a pic of her area where she sleeps in at night.
