My rabbit Alfie is a 6 month old holland lop who has been litter trained perfectly since he was moved indoors. We moved his cage & run upstairs for new years so he wasn’t scared & he’s started peeing in another area ofhis cage we have moved him back to where he was before. I’m wondering if this was down to stress and how to correct it?

          Is he neutered?

What is happening after moving him back?

Yes he’s neutered, it’s ever since we moved him back he’s started doing it. He was only upstairs for a few hours..

Did you try just moving the litterbox where the new area is “marked” ?
Did you clean up the carpet/ whatever (the mistake area) with vinegar?

Re-enforce good litter habits by placing stray poo and pee in the litter box (soak up pee with a paper towel). Clean spots really well so no smell lingers. Stuff like that.

No haven’t tried moving the litter box yet was hoping that maybe he would stop going there as it’s near his bed. Will try putting his pee in his box thanks
