What is the age that babies are supposed to start greens? I just want to know when to start bringing greens to the buns at the barn. They are 4 months old, approximately.

Here’s the HRS baby feeding chart:

          • Birth to 3 weeks–mother’s milk
          • 3 to 4 weeks–mother’s milk, nibbles of alfalfa and pellets
          • 4 to 7 weeks–mother’s milk, access to alfalfa and pellets
          • 7 weeks to 7 months–unlimited pellets, unlimited hay (plus see 12 weeks below)
          • 12 weeks–introduce vegetables (one at a time, quantities under 1/2 oz.)

Looks like they’re ready to start.

I think they are more than ready for greens and would probably enjoy them.

What bunnies? I’ve missed this week so I’m trying to catch up with what’s going on. Did they ever find Henri?

Oh geez! B/c they took such *great care* of poor Henri?! Sigh… At least they have you to look out for them.
